Many of us put ourselves down by thinking we can’t do something, this usually ends up the reality of our lives with this way of thinking.
Never ever say that you can’t do anything. Don’t use the words ‘I can’t’ ‘I won’t’ ‘I’ll never’ or even ‘I’ll try!; If you really want something, the secret is to focus on your goal constantly and take action.
Stop Negative Thoughts
Try to stop these negative thoughts as soon as you think them and instead think:
*WATCH ME DO
*THIS MONTH I’LL
*I WANT (think what you want, not what you don’t want!)
These are the words that you should be saying to others and yourself on a daily basis.
You are good enough, you can do it, you WILL do it!!!!
Take Some Action
Write down these words in a journal, say them to yourself every day and declare to the Universe what you WILL achieve today, this week, month or even this year!
Read The Secret’ found on Amazon by Rhonda Byrne and change your way of thinking to manifest what you want, not what you don’t want.
Print off quotes that tell you that you’re good enough and stick them somewhere you will see them frequently such as a bedroom wall, mirror, bathroom, computer, fridge e.t.c.
Make a vision board or scrapbook and pin/stick to it what you want in life, visualise and work to make it your reality.
Start taking action towards your goals in life even if they are small steps! Focus on your goal and you will achieve it. If you want something badly enough, you will get it.
How do I know this? Well, because I’ve done it! It took me three years to get to live in a place that I love and to get away from a job that I hated.
This was done by changing my negative thoughts, stopping that little voice in my head that told me I’d never do it, by taking action, sheer determination and working hard. It was all I focused on and often I think WOW I actually did it!
Try practising gratitude, you’ll be amazed at how changing your mindset can help change your day to day life, bring positive things and attract a life of success and abundance.
