These are workouts created by people I follow and regularly go to for menopause advice, health tips and exercise workouts.

Really there is no excuse not to do this Menopause Workout because it’s only 4 minutes long!
This video is by Lucy Wyndham-Read, Lucy has around 900 exercise videos on Youtube to choose from that are free to do, so you’re spoilt for choice. I like some of her walking workouts too.
You may be thinking, what’s 4 minutes of exercise going to do for me? You’ll be surprised, it gets you puffed and it’s so quick that anyone can fit it into their daily routine.
The movements help to tone up your stomach area and it’s also cardiovascular. Try and fit this into your daily schedule, you’ll feel a whole lot better than you did once you’ve done it.
Best Exercise For Women Over 50
This Indoor Walking Workout by Schellea is Low Impact, fat burning and suitable for beginners!
It’s a workout for women over 50 that will give results and it’s fun, plus you’ll love the walking exercises because they burn fat and tone your body at the same time without it being high impact and putting stress on the joints.
Schellea has a Youtube channel dedicated to the over 50s with loads of health, fashion, beauty and fitness tips.
Yoga For Stress Relief
I’ve owned this DVD for some years now and it’s one that I regularly come back to for stress relief and to relieve tension especially when I have a stiff neck and headache.
Stress is associated with weight gain, so I like to practise yoga regularly after a long day to relax. It makes me feel wonderful when I’ve completed a workout.
This DVD covers a lot of ground and can help with back and neck problems, tension headaches, stress and anxiety with mood-boosting moves for those suffering from depression.
It’s also interactive allowing you to choose from over 20 customised routines that range from 15-60 minutes. I purchased my copy back in 2011 and it’s still available on Amazon.
Some of you may remember Yoga Zone founded by Alan Finger. Most of their workouts are set on the beach at the Grand Lido Resort in Jamaica.
Alan’s yoga isn’t rushed and you will get a good workout without injury. I own quite a few of the Yoga workouts, they may be quite old workouts but they are effective.
I find all Yoga Zone workouts challenging enough that I feel like I accomplished something good for my body, but not so strenuous that I want to give up at any point.
I’ve always returned to Yoga Zone workouts, I started practising them in the early 2000s and still do them today. They are perfect for any age.
