I love to work out at home and have been practising yoga, and various other workouts for years in the comfort of my living room.
One of my absolute favourite instructors is Jillian Michaels. I’ve added quite a few of Jillian’s workout DVDs to my collection over the years. Her workouts are tough, yet they give you the results you are looking for FAST if you stick with them.

You may wish to add some hand weights to your workout and a yoga mat for the floor exercises.
My personal recommendation for a yoga mat is one made by Gaiam. I have a blue one and have had it over 10 years now and I still use it. It’s perfect to protect joints against the hard floor when doing floor work exercises.
