Details: Trussell is looking for a Development Manager – Trusts & Foundations to build and secure high-value funding partnerships that support its long-term vision of a UK without the need for food banks.
This full-time, mid-level role is home-based anywhere in the UK (with occasional travel) and pays £52,205 plus benefits.
The postholder will develop new relationships with Trusts and Foundations, create strong funding propositions, and work closely with the Programme Funding and High Value Partnerships teams to meet ambitious income targets.
They’ll also line-manage a Development Officer, collaborate with marketing to share impact stories, and play a key part in delivering the Together with Trussell programme.
Applicants will need strong high-value fundraising experience, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and confidence working with a wide range of stakeholders.
