Cazoo Car Delivery
When my car was delivered, I was given a welcome pack with the guarantee, Cazoo 90-Day warranty claim and breakdown cover numbers along with the latest service details. The was serviced by themselves, which was a basic Oil + Filter service.
My car was delivered in the truck pictured above, you can see the guy is just about to get my car out.
It was nice and clean and I was also given a free air freshener, chamois leather sponge, umbrella and a scraper which was a nice surprise!
The delivery guy was a nice chap and he spent time with me while I looked around the car.
What is Cazoo Support Like?
I did have a problem with my V5C. When selling a car, Cazoo takes away your documents and inform the DVLC on your behalf. Someone at Cazoo’s end entered my title as ‘Reverend’ (REV)! I don’t know how they managed to make a silly mistake like that seeing as my details were on the V5C? Anyway, I had to sort that out and send it back to the DVLC.
Tom in customer service was very helpful, he advised on what to do to get the V5C corrected, he also, at a later date, sorted out one of the daytime lights on my car that wasn’t working. He arranged for the car to be taken away to be fixed and I was given a courtesy car to use until it was returned. He went out of his way to make sure I was happy with their service, so I can’t really complain.
Would I Buy a Car From Cazoo Again?
Yes, I would buy a car from Cazoo again, mainly because it’s hassle-free. I don’t need to go out searching for a car and I hate traipsing around car showrooms.
I did have a couple of problems that were dealt with professionally and corrected promptly. This is the kind of service we all expect but don’t always receive.
I can have the car of my choice delivered to my door with a week to drive it around to see if I like it. If I’m unhappy, I can send it back for a full refund, no questions asked.
I think this is a great way to buy a car!
