Details: Pinnacle Pet UK is looking for a Pet Insurance Claims Assistant to join its Claims Operations team on a 9-month fixed term contract. The role is full time (37.5 hours per week), working Monday to Friday, 8.30am–5.00pm, with one later finish of 9.30am–6.00pm per week once training is complete. The start date is 5 January.
The position offers a salary of £25,000 per year plus a strong benefits package, including 24 days’ holiday (plus your birthday off), two paid charity volunteering days, pension contributions, life assurance and a healthcare cash plan.
The role is flexible on location, with the option to work fully from home within the UK, be office-based in Borehamwood, or follow a hybrid arrangement.
Pinnacle Pet UK is seeking someone organised and detail-focused to support the claims process, including reviewing invoices, ensuring accuracy, maintaining records and assisting with administrative tasks. Previous experience in insurance claims or within a veterinary practice is advantageous, along with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and confidence working independently.
As an FCA-regulated business, successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including credit and reference checks, and provide evidence of their right to work in the UK.
