Emma from So Simply Lou has kindly tagged me in The Blog Tag – January Edition.

Here are my answers to the January tag questions. I hope you all had a happy new year and are enjoying January so far.

Happy new year! How did you welcome the year in?

I spent new year at home with my daughter watching a film drinking Prosecco while eating a Chinese takeaway.

Did you make any new year’s resolutions? Share them!

No, I don’t really make resolutions. I do have goals that I am working towards but they aren’t set on new year’s eve.

Are you feeling motivated now the new year has been and gone?

Yes, I always look forward to Spring and Summer. With Christmas over I can get stuck into work and grow my blogs.

Name one thing you want to smash this year in terms of blog goals?

I’ve just created another blog, and now have three. I’m working on these so that I can hopefully do blogging full time.

What do you want to achieve in everyday life?

I want to improve my diet and shed a few pounds.

What are you not looking forward to this year?

I’m hoping there will be a few changes for us, so am looking forward to what is possible rather than not looking forward to anything.

Share with us some of your inspirations. They could be bloggers/influencers, books or even just quotes.

Reading of Emma Drew’s success with blogging stopped me from giving up. It can take a while to see results and so many people give up too soon when just around the corner success was waiting for them.

My Favourite quotes are:

  • Don’t judge a book by its cover.
  • You become what you believe, not what you think or what you want.

Please leave a comment below and let me know your resolutions.
