Anxiety affects more people than you realise myself included, but the problem we face is that many people don’t really discuss the issues they have. Anxiety can really cripple you. You become a slave to your thoughts and emotions and those very thoughts can start to dictate how you act and what you do. There can be an array of reasons why people struggle with anxiety, it might have something to do with social situations, a change in circumstances or lifestyle or maybe just something that has gotten worse over time. It gets you pumping the blood around your body and inducing the endorphin hormones that help you to feel good. It can also be a great way to clear your head and feel better. Often the problem with anxiety is the thoughts you have and the fogginess you can feel because of them. So a great idea is to ensure that you start exercising, even if it is in small amounts at first. You will start to see and feel the benefits over time.
Try alternative therapies
Sometimes you want to experience different things and there are many different ways you can start to feel better and some of the alternative therapies out there can really help. Look at the food you are eating
Sometimes it might be the food that you are eating that could be having a negative impact on your life, or perhaps causing the feelings of anxiety to begin with. A sugary diet or someone that doesn’t eat very balanced can mean you get spikes of energy and also major comedowns, which can leave you feeling terrible, as well as being in a position where weight might be gained. If you can, try and eat a more balanced diet that will ensure your body gets all the vitamins and nutrients it needs to function properly.
