If you don’t use decent face cleansing products to clean your skin daily, your pores could become clogged, which could lead to acne or zits breaking out on your face. Ideally, you should cleanse morning and evening with a product that suits your skin type, to keep your skin looking healthy.

Dry brushing is great for the skin, because not only does it remove dry skin, but it also helps to increase blood flow to your skin, which can give you a healthy glow, while also ensuring that your skin is in good condition from a health point of view. Brush before showering and apply moisturiser after for best results. Try to do this at least twice a week to ensure that your skin is never allowed to get too dry.

Learn to relax

Stress is bad for the body and this extends to the skin too. If you are stressed, you are more likely to suffer from breakouts, dry skin and conditions like eczema. For example, whether you meditate, exercise or read a good book to relax, focus on releasing your stress regularly if you want to have healthy skin.

Focus on sleep
